what is to be a model for me? why did I choose to be this?

There are 6 things you have to have, which for me are the 6 most important things to achieve your dreams, passion, talent, vocation, training, dedication and most important of all, patience.

Passion: It is an indescribable love to do what you like, no matter what!

In modeling to have this passion I think that is what matters most, are many hours of work and many days full of adrenaline that if you do not like doing it you will end up retiring or suffering a lot, especially if you start modeling as an adult, you always have to be aware that it is not an easy job like any other and that most of the time you are not the one who thinks about yourself, being a model is a terribly demanding profession, you are not the protagonist if not always what you are wearing, that that you sell to the public is what you wear the eye, but when you leave that runway, photoshoot or assigned work, your being that image you become a reference for those who follow it, and therefore an example, a great responsibility, do not believe it?

The vocation; It is what you have inside you that you feel you are called to perform, that when you do it is not a forced labor but something that makes you happy and fills you with satisfaction!

If you have this vocation, if you feel that you were born to be a model then I am sure that you will be amazing in what you propose in this medium because you will do it all and that is what we need in this industry! Dedicated and happy people!

The talent: It is the special intellectual capacity or the aptitude that you can have to carry out some activity! As the vocation is born with this within you, talent is born with the skills.

In modeling, having talent is very important because it often helps you to be better in many things, for example the fact of being photogenic makes you a thousand times better in photoshoots or knowing how to walk in heels naturally helps you on the runway!

The training: Even so, in my opinion most things can be learned with the right help, being a model is about creating your own style and choosing you for this, as I said before, you become a reference and you begin to create trend!

All this starts with having everything I mentioned before and a very good school, as are the agencies that are around the world, where you are taught to pose, the difference of posing photographically on beaches or indoors and doing it live in some showroom, to parade with 15cm heels without looking at the ground, they give you the necessary image advice, protocol in the social and business field, body expression, facial expressions (sad, happy, scared, amazed, upset and many others), the physical preparation that must be had, nutrition, among many other things that you must learn to be an integral model and that you are hired by many brands!

The training is not only useful for modeling or advertising, but for working life in general, and a personal improvement in all senses because it teaches you values ​​such as punctuality, responsibility or complicity that are key to being a very model required

Many believe that the world of modeling is easy but it is more difficult than you think, it is a career in which you are constantly learning and every day you can learn something different, besides it is a race that never ends, you can start as a little girl of 3 years old in a cereal commercial, or with 15 and be a model of quinceanera dresses, or with 30 and be a model of bridal dresses or with 87 and be the grandfather of a commercial of comfortable shoes! You will always have a job, as long as you have the necessary preparation during your career!

The dedication is the attention, effort and desire that you put to what you do, so if you really want to be a model you have to ask yourself if you really want to dedicate yourself to be, and if you have to give everything and be the best in this , because it is very important to know that if you are a model you can not be the copy of anyone, there are millions of people who are dedicated to this but to highlight you have to know that to dedicate yourself to this you must have a style, a personality and a huge desire that they differentiate you from the rest!
